About Winston Wilde
The services I perform as a therapist are complex and not always obvious. The work often includes discovering ways to release obstacles, habits, and encumbrances which limit our human potential. Sometimes it’s about achieving a bigger perspective which can then “slay the demons of ignorance,” taking us toward greater awareness. At times it’s about wiping the slate clean to allow for new beginnings, or to realize what we have already is perfect enough. Psychotherapy is an unpredictable shared journey of discovery.
